Bianca commenced her real estate career in 2017 starting as an administration assistant. Within 2.5 years, Bianca became a Senior Property Manager running her own portfolio and team of multiple industries across South Australia and Victoria. Portfolios including SA Water, SA Film Corporation and more.

Bianca is a hardworking individual that takes an entirely different approach to Property Management. Her priority is the owner and treating each property as if it were her own allowing her to work with both the Landlord and the Tenant to achieve a well balanced, harmonious property that both parties can thrive from. This is achieved through regular communication with both the landlord and tenant; constant problem solving, financial planning and strategy as well as empathy and understanding for the needs of all parties involved.  The ultimate goal with every client should be to improve the financial position of the managed properties which can ultimately be achieved.
