Charlie Caruso commenced with McGees Property in May 2022 whilst studying his Bachelor of Business (Property) Degree with a Masters in Finance at the University of South Australia. He currently holds the position of Senior Executive - Sales & Leasing, where he is actively involved across all aspects of commercial property sales and leasing, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven outcomes and long-term value for his clients.
Specialising in office assets throughout the CBD and Fringe markets, Charlie provides clear, practical and commercially sound advice, consistently achieving strong results across a range of sales and leasing campaigns. He has a particular expertise in working with multi-tenanted office assets, where he excels in overseeing long-term, multi-stage campaigns involving multiple offerings and transactions, while building and maintaining enduring client relationships.
Having grown up in a family of commercial property investors, Charlie has been immersed in the industry from an early age, giving him a deep, practical understanding of asset performance, tenant dynamics, and the key drivers behind successful property campaigns.
Throughout his career at McGees, Charlie has been involved in several high-profile and highly successful campaigns including:
- Successfully negotiating the leasing of 2,650 sqm* of office space to ElectraNet at 99 Frome Street, Adelaide
- Managing the ongoing campaign at 115 Grenfell Street, resulting in the transaction of over 9 spec suites in an 8-month period from 2025-26
- Lead agent on 191 Pulteney Street, encompassing the leasing of over 10,000 sqm of A-Grade office accommodation
- 1,050 sqm of office space in Hilton leased to SA Health
- 800 sqm of A-Grade office space to Polyaire in Adelaide CBD
- 950 sqm of A-Grade office space to NCVER in Adelaide CBD
- 750 sqm of high-end office space in Port Adelaide Leased to Sonder
