Before joining McGees, Rebecca successfully owned and operated her own corporate accommodation business in Adelaide, gaining hands-on expertise in property leasing and client service. In addition, Rebecca also has over 25 years of experience working as a Clinical Scientist, specialising in molecular biology and as a Quality Manager for leading pathology laboratories.

Her unique combination of scientific precision and commercial acumen enables her to manage compliance-driven environments with confidence.

She is known for her strong interpersonal skills, ability to build client-focused relationships, and maintaining trusted partnerships with contractors. Her expertise spans medical property management, operational planning, risk management, and tenant relations.
