Tom Rowe
Partner
Tom joined McGees Property in early 2011 and has extensive experience in commercial valuation and real estate advisory and consultancy. In 2021 Tom was invited and accepted a Directorship with McGees Property and is a current Partner in the business.
He has completed studies in a range of disciplines, he is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, a Certified Practising Valuer, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a licenced sales representative and auctioneer.
Valuations
Tom has experience across a range of areas and asset classes including restricted use sites, partial interests and education facilities, in addition to general commercial, retail and industrial.
He has expertise in a range of valuation disciplines including compulsory acquisition and has given evidence as an expert witness on multiple occasions.
Tom provides valuation and consultancy advice for a variety of clients including local and state governments, corporates, privates and financiers.
Advisory
Tom has experience across a range of areas and asset classes including accommodation representation (purchase and lease), strategic portfolio reviews, highest and best use analysis and market value and rent advice.
His clients have included local and state governments, not-for-profits, SMEs, large corporations and private individuals.
