Tom has extensive commercial real estate experience across a range of asset classes and has been a Partner at McGees since 2021. Tom spent approximately 15 years working in commercial valuation and consultancy, providing an in-depth understanding of key value drivers. This foundation gives Tom a unique ability to assist clients with their sale and acquisition requirements, understanding how to unlock and maximise value in the marketplace.

Tom has a particular focus and expertise in investment stock across various asset classes and development holdings. Tom has extensive experience with both private and public sector real estate and understands the unique requirements of both. He prides himself on providing honest, accurate and timely advice and assisting his client achieve their real estate goals.

Tom has completed studies in a range of disciplines, he is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a licenced sales representative and auctioneer.
