Phillip has a strong background in the general business field from his experience in the operation of his own contracting business in addition to his own property investment portfolio. These experiences represent an excellent hands-on grounding which provides Phillip with grassroots knowledge of what makes property tick – a rare attribute in a Leasing Agent
Phillip was also awarded the 2017 Commercial and Industrial Property Manager of the Year by the Real Estate Institute of South Australia.
Phillip negotiated and consequently secured the following appointments:
- The acquisition of 108 North Terrace Adelaide (Optus Building) from Dexus Ltd – circa $86m 20,000sqm Grade A office Space
- The acquisition of 30 Flinders Street Adelaide from Prime Value - circa $63m 13,200sqm Grade A office Space
- The acquisition of 226 Greenhill Road Eastwood (AGL Centre) from
Becton Ltd – circa $23m – an iconic city fringe building - Appointed by a Major Law firm to renegotiate their lease of 2,000sqm of office space - rent circa $1m per annum
- Appointed developer, advisor and consultant for a major mixed-use development in the inner suburbs of Adelaide.
- Negotiation of new leases to back fill the AGL Centre 226 Greenhill Road to 2,400sqm to Viterra & 1,809sqm to Jones Partners.
- The sale of 186 Greenhill Road for APD & Realside to Catholic Church $26m
