Phillip has a strong background in the general business field from his experience in running his own contracting business as well as his own property investment portfolio.  These experiences represent an excellent hands-on grounding which provides Phillip with grassroots knowledge of what makes property tick; something of a rarity in most Property Managers today.  

Within McGees, Phillip is actively involved in the day to day management of the portfolio and consulting with a particular emphasis on improving the financial position of managed properties. 

Phillip manages a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties valued in excess of $90 million.
