Nathan Robins

Director

Nathan graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of South Australia in 2007 and began work with McGees Property that year.  Since then he has conducted a variety of commercial, industrial, retail, hotel/motel and service station valuations in both metropolitan and regional areas.  In 2010, Nathan was admitted as an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute and was also appointed Joint Manager of the Valuation & Professional Services division of McGees.  In 2013 Nathan was offered and accepted a position as a Director of the firm, being the youngest within the firm and youngest nationally.  

Nathan has undertaken work for an array of clients including financial institutions, private and public companies together with various government agencies, and individuals, for the purpose of financial reporting, mortgage security and taxation.  Nathan has also undertaken valuations for legal matters including compulsory acquisition and family settlement. 

Nathan has experience in the valuation of a variety of commercial, industrial, retail, automotive and fuel-related facilities, as well as hotels and licensed premises.

Nathan’s valuations are currently accepted by a number of lenders including National Australia Bank, Westpac, Bank of South Australia, Bank of Western Australia Limited, and Rabobank.

In 2015 Nathan was nationally shortlisted by the Australian Institute of Management recognising outstanding managers under 30 years of age who have excelled in their chosen careers.
