As a Property Manager, Harry is known for his strong problem-solving skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders. He oversees all aspects of property management, including accounts, budgeting and reconciliations, monthly owner reporting, arrears and tenant insurance management, drafting and negotiating agency management agreements, and the management of new leases and lease renewals. His hands-on approach ensures seamless operations and exceptional service for clients.
