Retailers have the opportunity to move into a high-exposure new showroom located
close to Port Adelaide and adjacent to the revamped Port Adelaide Plaza, and which

De Villiers said that as well as the high exposure, tenants would benefit from the
sizeable local catchment that the space will service.


“The 10-minute drive time catchment for this site covers Outer Harbor down to
Tennyson and Grange, and then back towards Woodville and Croydon Park, which
includes some 110,381 people,” she said.

across Adelaide’s north-west.
