Facilities Coordinator

Ella joined the team at McGees Property as receptionist/administration assistant in 2018, bringing 3 years' experience in commercial property and recent completion of a Bachelor of Arts (Information Management).

In this role Ella provided a variety of administrative support in all areas of operation at McGees, which equipped her with an in-depth knowledge of the company and its departments, creating a firm foundation for her shift to full-time Facilities Management Assistant in 2020.

As Facilities Management Assistant, Ella provided support to the team in issuing work orders for reactive and preventative repairs and maintenance, managing tenant compliance and safety documentation, as well as a variety of other general administrative tasks.

In 2021 Ella progressed to the role of Facilities Coordinator where she oversees the preparation and review of service contracts, the undertaking of property inspections, organising and review of quotes, and liaises with tenants to address any repairs or maintenance queries.

Ella is a driven individual with a vast knowledge of all facets of the company.
