Asset and Portfolio Management

Our Technical and Compliance team is continually updating its knowledge base to ensure we remain at the forefront of these issues.
McGees can arrange and coordinate a comprehensive report on all your Building Services and Operations and provide recommendations accordingly. We can also review the power consumption of your building and make recommendations on ways and means of reducing your energy bills and generally make you building more energy efficient.
Once accepted by you, we can then manage all aspects of the implementation of the recommendations.
If you are contemplating the sale or lease of your commercial building of 2,000 sqm or more, a Building Energy Efficiency Certificate (BEEC) to comply with the Australian Government’s Commercial Building Disclosure (CBD) Program is now mandatory.
 McGees also has a qualified NABERS Assessor on the team. So, in addition to providing advice on energy-saving initiatives for your property, our Assessor can perform a NABERS Rating for you to comply with the Government’s CBD Program.
